The Citizens Bank of East Tennessee is proud to offer VISAŽ Debit/Check Cards and ATM Cards to our customers. We are members of the STAR and Cirrus Networks allowing our customers 24-hour access to cash at ATM locations nationwide. ATM machines are available at each of our four locations to serve customers 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our VISAŽ Debit/Check Card gives you're the ability to make purchases at any merchant that accepts VISAŽ worldwide.
Come in to any branch location for an application.
To report LOST or STOLEN cards call: 423-601-7910 during business hours or call 800-554-8969 anytime. Be sure and use the bank name, "The Citizens Bank of East Tennessee," when speaking with a lost or stolen card agent. They will assist you in blocking your card and keep further charges from being applied to your account.
