The Citizens Bank of East Tennessee is proud to offer VISA® Debit/Check Cards and ATM Cards to our customers. We are members of the STAR and Cirrus Networks allowing our customers 24-hour access to cash at ATM locations nationwide. ATM machines are available at each of our four locations to serve customers 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our VISA® Debit/Check Card gives you’re the ability to make purchases at any merchant that accepts VISA® worldwide.

To report LOST or STOLEN cards call: 423-921-9900, 8 a.m. till 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or 1-800-523-4175, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Be sure and use the bank name, “The Citizens Bank of East Tennessee,” when speaking with a lost or stolen card agent. They will assist you in blocking your card and keep further charges from being applied to your account.
