We are members of the STAR and Cirrus Networks allowing our customers 24-hour access to cash at ATM locations nationwide. ATM machines are available at each of our four locations to serve customers 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our VISA® Debit/Check Card gives you're the ability to make purchases at any merchant that accepts VISA® worldwide.

To report LOST or STOLEN cards call: 423-601-7910 during business hours or call 800-554-8969 anytime. Be sure and use the bank name, "The Citizens Bank of East Tennessee," when speaking with a lost or stolen card agent. They will assist you in blocking your card and keep further charges from being applied to your account.

Our Team

Alan Hice Alan has over 11 years of experience in the small business lending industry while specializing in SBA and USDA lending, as well as commercial real estate financing.  His background includes cross-training in the loan processing, underwriting, credit administration, and portfolio management functions. Alan graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Finance and has additional banking school and commercial loan training.

George T. Trayan George has over 30 years in the financial services industry, and has spent the last 7 years specializing in SBA and USDA loans. He is experienced in providing loans on all types of commercial real estate.  George has been providing excellent service to sources and borrowers throughout his career.

Larry Moran Larry Moran (Civis Capital Division Manager) has over 21 years of experience in the banking industry encompassing credit department management, sales, commercial lending, retail bank branch management, administration and customer service. Mr. Moran is responsible for the day to day management of Civis Capital.
